Still, even in these harsh conditions, there's a stubborn spirit which. A sense of community, forged in the crucible of common struggle, and a hidden desire for something more.

A few inmates seek to better themselves. They learn, they express themselves through art, and they find friendship with others who have walked the same path.

Walls of Regret

Regret can sometimes manifest itself physically as walls we build around ourselves. These walls are not made of brick and mortar, but rather of bitter memories. They shield us from pain.

We may raise these walls as a coping strategy. But over time, they can become limiting, preventing us from experiencing joy. Breaking down these walls of regret is a difficult process, but it is also essential for growth.

The Interior Experience

A concrete jungle

Belief on Lockdown
